Join us for a nourishing break away indulging in movement, mediation, gentle breath work and nature.

Re-connect to nature over a long weekend. Awaken to your senses through food, movement, nature, breath and mindfulness. Including: pilates and yoga based movement, mediation, gentle breath work and guided nature connection ceremonies.

Nature connection work uses Ancient techniques within nature to Re-set the nervous system and restore our bodies natural state of homeostasis.

As you become aware of the natural world around you, your para -sympathetic nervous system comes online. Bringing you out of fight and flight  mode(stress mode).

This enables you to tune into new sounds, feelings, sights, smells and tastes. Thoughts may even appear clearer as you brain begins to vibrate at this new delta frequency.

Bath in the sounds of the Forest, Sink your feet in the earth, swim-wild, share thoughts around the fire, release tension in your physical body through functional movement, nourish your gut with healing foods, find a shady nook and patiently sit while nature finds you and YOU watch yourself come back to life.
