THE VENUE

Potash Barns offer three tastefully decorated, modernised, Grade II listed farm buildings for adults wanting peace and quiet in a picturesque setting. If you are looking for a tranquil short break surrounded by nature then Potash Barns would be perfect for you

The three barns, Cart Lodge, Old Oak barn and Willow Barn are perfect for group bookings with a variety of shared and double rooms.

The Large barn is divided into, Willow Barn on one side, and Old Oak Barn on the other. In between there is a stunning vaulted communal hall, with it's imposing chimney, large wood burner and three sumptuous Knowle sofas. It retains the feel of the barn's original features, with the high timbered ceiling and stone threshing floor.

To the north across the farmyard, is the two bedroom Cart Lodge. Having undergone extensive modernisation and complete refurbishment, the lodge provides very comfortable, single story accommodation, ideal for less mobile guests.

GUEST TEACHER

WELCOME @lisetteyogatre

We are so excited to collaborate with this amazing practitioner and teacher at our NORFOLK RETREAT 2022!

Lissette will be offering anhour long group Trauma Release Session (TRE®️)

Trauma/Tension Release Exercises allow the body to tremor naturally and are a tool to assist the body in letting go of chronic stress, they provide a way to process emotions and release deeply held tensions states.

Lissette will guide you through a series of exercises to induce natural shaking in the body, this bypasses the psychology and goes straight to the physiology which releases the held tension in the body and mind. TRE®️ is intended to be helpful for everybody.

Once learned they can be used at home, throughout your life, to support health and wellbeing, a regular practice can bring the body and mind back into balance and build resilience to deal with the stresses of everyday life.
